Great clinic! I had a midnight emergency with my cat and they got me right in. The doctor explained the situation, what are my options and what to expect. They were handling my cat very well, making her feel as comfortable as possible. They also informed me of the costs for night emergency services upfront. 5/5!

The Dogtors were able to help us solve all kinds of mysteries we encountered with the tiny dogs. They know us from day one as new dog parents(literally) and helped us all the way.

I’m so grateful to have found this emergency vet clinic open on Christmas Day. Dr. Florian and the staff were incredibly compassionate and understanding, showing genuine care for me and my dog during a tough time. The clinic is easy to find, very clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The English-speaking doctors and staff made communication smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of exceptional care for their pets especially during emergencies. The only disappointment was when I requested them to use my dog's microchip number for an insurance claim, providing a copy of his pet passport. They insisted on scanning the microchip themselves and charged €8.40 for it. This could have been handled during my dog's hospitalization at their clinic. In the stress of the emergency, I couldn’t recall the microchip number. I wish they had been more understanding.

I highly recommend this clinic. My dog had never received better care anywhere else. I was positively surprised how much time and attention we got. My experience spans over multiple visits across two month period, as my dog had several health problems. At the end of this period my dog suffered an accident, which turned out fatal. The doctors fought for his life with determination and I had a good contact with them. During my dog’s last moments the staff was profesional and empathetic. I only speak English (not German) and this was never a problem.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel completely at ease. The surgery was a success, and Ama’s recovery has been smooth, thanks to their expertise and dedication. The entire team was kind, patient, and highly skilled, explaining everything clearly and making sure Ama was in the best hands. I cannot thank them enough for their compassion and the love they showed for Ama throughout this process.
